摘要
针对老旧房屋的外围护结构保温性能差的问题,对既有居住建筑中老旧小区进行建筑外墙的改造,以期达到节能的目的。以某公司所属供热区域为例,采集并整理节能改造后采暖期各供热能源消耗的材料数据,发现改造后可以达到降低能耗,减少污染气体排放,节省能源的要求,为乌鲁木齐市推广改造既有居住建筑外墙保温的节能工程提供有力的理论依据。
In view of the problem of poor thermal insulation performance of the external maintenance structure of old houses, the old buildings in existing residential buildings were renovated in order to achieve energy saving. The heating area of our company was taken as an example to collect and organize. After the energy-saving retrofitting materials data of heating energy consumption during the heating period, it is found that after the transformation, energy consumption can be reduced, emissions of pollutants can be reduced, energy requirements can be saved, and energy conservation projects for the external wall insulation of existing residential buildings in Urumqi can be provided the theoretical basis.
