摘要 基于对分级压缩MVR蒸发系统的模拟过程,建立考虑溶液实际成分影响的分级压缩MVR蒸发系统的模型,并获取了分级压缩MVR蒸发系统的损失分布状态,以及系统运行参数如蒸汽压缩机的压缩比、一级排出液浓度等对系统效率的影响。结果表明,分级压缩MVR蒸发系统的效率约为7.93%,一级蒸汽压缩机及蒸发器是系统损失的主要环节,分别占系统总损失的26.7%和68.96%。 Based on the simulation process of the hierarchical compression MVR evaporation system, the model of the hierarchical compression MVR evaporation system considering the influence of the actual composition of the solution is established, the distribution of the loss of the hierarchical compression MVR evaporation system is obtained, and the operating parameters such as steam compressor compression ratio, the concentration of a discharge of the system on the efficiency of the system. The results show that the efficiency of the graded compression MVR evaporation system is about 7.93%, and the primary steam compressor and evaporator are the main link of the system loss, accounting for 26.7% and 68.96% of the total loss of the system.
