摘要
目的观察引导式教育半日制流程课对脑瘫儿童智力发育的影响。方法纳入我院2014年8月-2016年6月100例住院的脑瘫患儿,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加引导式教育半日制流程课,每个半日制3节课,每节课30min、5d/周,课间设有茶点、生活自理能力训练和课间操,6个月为1个疗程,于治疗前、治疗后6个月、12个月、18个月分别采用婴幼儿运动功能评估量表(GMFM-88)和盖泽尔发育诊断量表(Gesell)进行评定。结果治疗后6个月观察组粗大运动功能和智力评分值较干预前提高(P<0.05),随着训练时间的延长,在12个月、18个月患儿粗大运动、精细动作、语言、社交及适应性分值较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),整体功能有明显的进步。结论引导式教育半日制流程课可促进脑瘫儿童的智力发育。
Objective To observe the influence of conductive education half-day course on intellectual development of children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods 100 hospitalized children with CP were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Patients in control group received routine rehabilitation treatment.Patients in observation group added the conductive education half-day procedure,each half-day contain 3 classes,30 minutes per section,5 d/W,During the course break,refreshment,self-care and inter-class exercise will be arranged.6 months for a course of treatment,GMFM-88(Gross motor function measure)and GESELL(Developmental scale for children)as an assessment tool respectively evaluate children before treatment and after 6,12,and 18 months.Results After 6 months of treatment,the scores of gross motor function and intelligence scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention(P〈0.01).With the continuous extension of training time,wait until 12 and 18 months,the scores of gross motor,fine motor,verbal,social and fitness in children were extremely significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.001),and their overall function improved significantly.The overall function of children increased significantly.Conclusions Guiding half-day course of conductive education can promote the mental development of children with cerebral palsy.
