摘要
供给侧结构改革已成为我国"十三五"时期经济发展的主旋律.旅游业作为最大程度关系到人们生活质量的产业和丽江的支柱产业,在新常态下暴露出越来越多的结构性问题.在分析这些问题的基础上,提出了重视旅游基础和服务设施建设,践行全域旅游、大众旅游发展理念,旅游产业链结构改革,旅游管理体制创新,打造"互联网+智慧旅游"体系,积极融入"一带一路"等对策.在旅游领域更好地践行以人民为中心的发展理念.
The structure of supply-side reform has become the main theme of China＇s economic development in 13th Five-Year plan period.As the most important industry related to people＇s quality of life and the pillar industry of Lijiang, tourism has exposed more and more structural problems in the new normal. Based on analyzing these issues, put forward emphasis on the development of tourism infrastructure and service facilities,practicing the concept of global tourism and mass tourism,reforming the structure of the tourism industry chain,innovating the tourism management system,and building an internet ＋ smart tourism system to actively integrate One Belt,One Road and other countermeasures.
