摘要
为更好地适应化工企业人才要求,提出对化工职业健康、安全与环保课程进行教学改革.创新性地开发了以校内仿真工厂为载体的安全认知和基本操作技能训练、企业认识实习厂级安全培训,以及阶段性深入企业进行技能学习前车间班组级岗位安全培训全程贯穿式的三段式教学形式.突破了校内课程单一的讲授学习形式,实现教学过程与生产实际对接,有效强化了学生的安全认知能力.
Adapting to the requirements of talents in chemical industry,the college has put forward the teaching reform of the course of chemical occupational health, safety and environmental protection. The three-stages teaching form that has been developed creatively,specifically including safety cognition based on campus simulation factory.Innovative development of the campus simulation factory as the carrier of safety awareness,enterprise awareness of the factory-level safety training and the top post internship workshop team-level job safety training throughout the three-paragraph teaching form,factory-level safety training during the practice of corporate awareness,post safety training of plant and class before staged skill learning in enterprise.It′s broken through the single teaching learning form in school, and realized the teaching process and the production actual docking. Through this reform,the students′ safety cognition ability has strengthened effectively.
