射频消融治疗乳腺增生结节的疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价临床应用射频消融治疗乳腺增生结节的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法选取近年来收治的90例乳腺增生结节患者作为研究对象,按照随机平行分组法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。2组患者均给予消结安胶囊口服,观察组在此基础上联用射频消融治疗,2组均连续用药12周。比较2组患者临床疗效及相关免疫指标变化情况。结果 2组患者入院时免疫功能指标CD_3^+、CD_4^+比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗12周时CD_3^+、CD_4^+较入院时明显升高(P<0.05);而CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平及CD_8^+入院时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但经治疗12周时CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平较入院时明显升高(P<0.05),CD_8^+水平较入院时明显降低(P<0.05)。随访12个月,观察组患者愈显率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论射频消融治疗乳腺增生结节效果理想,可以有效调节机体免疫功能,配合药物治疗有助于降低近期复发率,并且安全,无不良反应。 Objective To evaluate the effects of radiofrequency ablation in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland nodules and its influence on immune function of patients. Methods Ninety patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland nodules who were treated in our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into observation group ( n =45) and control group ( n =45). The patients in both groups were treated by Xiaojie’an capsule for 12 weeks. On this base, the patients in observation group were treated by radiofrequency ablation. The clinical efficacy and the changes of related immune indexes were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ and CD8^+ between the two groups ( P 〉0.05). The levels of CD3^+, CD4^+ at 12weeks after treatment were significantly increased,as compared with those on admission ( P 〈0.05),however,there were no significant differences in the levels of CD4^+/CD8^+,as comparedwith those on admission ( P 〉0.05). After 12-week treatment the levels of CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly increased,but the levels of CD8^+ were significantly decreased,as compared with those on admission ( P 〈 0.05 ).After 12-month follow up the cure rate in observation group was superior to that in control group ( P 〈0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of radiofrequency ablation on hyperplasia of mammary gland nodules are satisfactory, which can not only regulate the immune function, with safety and without daverse response, but help to reduce the short-term recurrence rate when combined with drugs.
