摘要
目的观察五聚素3(PTX3),总唾液酸(TSA)和Apelin-13水平在急性脑梗死患者诊断中的临床意义。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月就诊诊断为急性脑梗死患者86例,为急性脑梗死组;选择同期健康体检者30例,为健康对照组。采用酶联免疫反应检测2组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、PTX3、TSA和Apelin-13水平。观察急性脑梗死组和健康对照组血清PTX3、TSA和Apelin-13水平变化,高Hcy组和低Hcy组血清PTX3,TSA和Apelin-13水平之间的差异,及急性脑梗死组PTX3、TSA和Apelin-13水平与梗死面积和预后的关系,及其各指标的相关性分析。结果急性脑梗死患者血清PTX3、TSA和Apelin-13水平明显高于健康对照组(P <0. 01)。高Hcy组血清PTX3,TSA和Apelin-13水平明显高于低Hcy组(P <0. 01)。急性脑梗死患者血清PTX3,TSA和Apelin-13水平随着脑梗死面积增加和预后的恶化而升高(P <0. 01)。急性脑梗死患者血清PTX3与TSA(r=0. 816,P <0. 01)和Apelin-13(r=0. 648,P <0. 01)水平呈正相关,同样血清TSA水平与Apelin-13水平也呈正相关(r=0. 758,P <0. 01)。结论 PTX3、TSA和Apelin-13参与了急性脑梗死疾病的发生发展过程,对急性脑梗死疾病严重程度评估和预后评价方面具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Pentagidin 3 (PTX3),total sialic acid (TSA) and Apelin-13 in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled as acute cerebral infarction group,at the same time, 30 healthy subjects who received physical examination were enrolled as healthy control group.The serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy),PTX3,TSA and Apelin-13 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of serum PTX3,TSA and Apelin-13 were observed and compared between the two groups. Moreover the differences of PTX3,TSA,Apelin-13 between high Hcy group and low Hcy group were observed and compared.In addition the correlation between the levels of PTX3,TSA,Apelin-13 and infarct size as well as patient’s prognosis in acute cerebral infarctionthan group was analyzed. Results The serum levels of PTX3,TSA, Apelin-13 in acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group ( P 〈0.01).The serum levels of PTX3,TSA, Apelin-13 in high Hcy group were significantly higher than those in low Hcy group ( P 〈0.01).The serum levels of PTX3,TSA, Apelin-13 in acute cerebral infarction group were increased with the increase of cerebral infarction area and deterioration of prognosis ( P 〈0.01).The serum levels PTX3 in acute cerebral infarction group were positively correlated with those of TSA ( r =0.816, P 〈0.01) and Apelin-13 ( r = 0.648 , P 〈0.01),moreover,the TSA levels were positively correlated with Apelin-13 levels ( r =0.758, P 〈0.01). Conclusion
PTX3,TSA and Apelin-13 are involved in pathogenesis and development of acute cerebral infarction,which is of great clinical significance in evaluating severity and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
