经皮冠状动脉介入对CT诊断下高血压合并冠心病患者疗效及Hb、eGFR的影响

Therapeutic effects of percutaneous coronary intervention on hypertension complicated? by coronary heart disease under CT diagnosis and its effects on Hb and eGFR

目的研究分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)对CT诊断下高血压合并冠心病患者的疗效及血红蛋白(Hb)、肾小球滤过率(e GFR)的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年1月收治的高血压合并冠心病患者100例,按照随机、对照、双盲试验原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用PCI治疗。结果治疗后观察组患者FS、LVEF水平高于对照组,LVDs、LVDd值低于对照组(P <0. 05),治疗后观察组患者Hb、e GFR明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组患者治疗1年、2年生存率均高于对照组,MACE发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,有利于改善心功能,促使Hb、e GFR升高,减少不良心脏事件的发生,提高生存率,值得临床积极推广和应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of percutaneous coronary intervention on hypertension complicated？by coronary heart disease （CHD） under CT diagnosis and its effects on Hb and eGFR. Method A total of 100 patients with hypertension complicated？by CHD who were admitted and treated from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （ n =50） and control group （ n =50） based on the principle of randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trials. The patients in control group were treated by conventional medicine,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group, were treated by PCI. Results After treatment, the FS and LVEF levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, while the value of LVDs and LVDd were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈0.05）. Moreover, the 1-year and 2-year survival rates in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,however, the incidence rate of MACE was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention can improve cardiac function, increase the levels of Hb and eGFR as well as the survival rate,moreover,which can reduce occurrence of adverse events,therefor, it is worthy of popularization in cilical practice.
