摘要
碾米机在大米加工过程中主要用于开糙、碾白,是生产线上的主要加工设备,也是碎米产生最多的设备,如何在设计和使用中使碾米机在达到碾白精度的同时减少碎米率,值得粮机生产企业和谷物加工企业深入探索。本文从碾米机碾白机理和碎米原因入手,深入分析了碾白精度和碎米率的关系,并从设计、制作、操作方面提出了提高碾白精度、减少碎米率的技术方法和措施,为同行和谷物加工企业提供参考。
Rice milling machine is used for rice roughing and whitening in the processing of rice. It is the main processing equipment on the rice production line and the most equipment for broken rice. How to reduce the broken rice rate while achieving the whitening precision in the design and use is worth the grain machine manufacturers and grain processing enterprises to exploration. This paper starts from the mechanism of milling machine and the reason of broken rice, and deeply analyzes the relationship between whitening precision and broken rice rate, we puts forward the technical methods to improve the precision of whitening and reduce the broken rice rate from the aspects of design, production and operation. It can provide reference for peers and grain processing companies.
