摘要
针对潮膜砂铸造工艺生产的前伸梁铸件的工艺进行改进,满足了从样件开发到批量生产的需求。工艺改进后节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。通过计算机数值模拟技术,优化了工艺,解决了前伸梁铸件缩孔问题,满足大批量生产的条件。
Improvement of the green sand casting process for the casting of the heavy truck front beam satisfied the requirements from prototype development to mass production. The production cost was saved and the production efficiency was improved. Through the computer numerical simulation technology,the process was optimized,the problem of shrinkage cavity in the front beam casting was solved,and the condition of mass production was met.
