摘要
大型耐磨齿圈为矿山机械类零件,要求具有高硬度的使用条件。本文通过研究SAE8635材质的成分,结合了以往常用齿圈产品BS 3100 BT3材质化学成分设计依据,设计出实验用试块化学成分,并进行热处理实验。实验结果表明,试块经860℃淬火然后500℃回火,可以得到理想的硬度值及相应的性能结果。
As a high wear-resistant transmission machinery parts,gear ring has high hardness requirements. In this paper,by studying the components of SAE8635 materials and combining with the components of BS 3100 BT3 commonly used in the past,the chemical components of experimental test samples were designed and heat treatment experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the samples can get the ideal hardness value and the corresponding performance results after austenitizing quenching at 860 ℃and then tempering at 500 ℃.
