摘要
针对大型卧浇机体铸件在生产过程中出现的冷隔缺陷,进行模拟计算,分析产生原因。通过提高浇注温度、调整铁液合金成分、加大铁水流动等措施,彻底消除缺陷,提高铸件质量。
The cold lap defect in the production of large horizontal-pouring cylinder body was simulated and analyzed. By increasing pouring temperature,adjusting the composition and increasing the flow of molten iron,the defect was eliminated and the quality of the castings were improved.
