Value Analysis of Hospital Information Management System Promoting Rational Use of Antimicrobial Agents

目的研究医院信息化管理系统促进抗菌药物合理使用的价值。方法我院从2017年1月开始在抗菌药物使用管理中应用医院信息化管理系统,以应用后1年时间为限,将2017年1月~12月抗菌药物使用管理情况作为观察组,将2016年1月~12月未应用医院信息化管理系统作对照组,比较两组抗菌药物使用情况。结果观察组抗菌药物使用率为74.00%,低于对照组的89.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抗菌药物不合理使用率为20.27%,对照组抗菌药物不合理使用率为66.48%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用医院信息化管理系统能够促进抗菌药物合理使用,提升抗菌药物使用效率,降低抗菌药物不合理使用率。

Objective To study the value of hospital information management system in promoting rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods From January 2017,our hospital began to apply hospital information management system to the use management of antimicrobial agents.One year after application,the management of antimicrobial use in our hospital was taken as the observation group from January to December 2017.Hospital information management system was not used as the control group from January to December 2016 to compare the use of antimicrobial agents between the two groups.Results The utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in the observation group was 74.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 89.50%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.The irrational utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in the observation group was 20.27%,and that in the control group was 66.48%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of hospital information management system can promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents, improve the use efficiency of antimicrobial agents and reduce the irrational utilization rate of antimicrobial agents.
