摘要
探究中国外语研究者对国内外语类学术期刊的满意度情况是增进双方理解和沟通的重要途径。基于自编问卷的调查分析发现:总体而言,外语研究者对外语类学术期刊的满意度不高,且在职称、教龄、投稿数量、发文数量等变量上存在一些显著性差异;外语类学术期刊投稿经历对外语研究者的科研工作具有双重影响。这些发现具有一定启示:一方面,外语类学术期刊要提升审稿效率和质量,从而肩负起传播学术知识、推进学术进程和培养学术人才的重任;另一方面,教育管理部门要反思现行的科研量化考核体系,并采取多种措施以引导正确学术观的建立。
An inquiry into Chinese EFL researchers' satisfaction of academic journals of foreign languages at home is a way to promote their mutual understanding and dialogue. An analysis based on questionnaire data draws conclusions as follows. Firstly, EFL researchers are not so satisfied with academic journals of foreign languages at home. Secondly, factors such as professional title, teaching experience, papers submitted recently and papers published recently could lead to differences in EFL researchers' satisfaction. Thirdly, submission experiences have double influence on researchers' academic work. These findings carry implications for academic journals and administration officers. Academic journals should improve the efficiency and quality of their refereeing. They should also play the roles of disseminating academic knowledge, improving research procedures and cultivating academic researchers. Administration officers should reflect on the quantitative evaluation system, and take effective measures to lead researchers to adopt good academic values.
