长三角港口物流竞争力评价与提升对策研究

Evaluation and Promotion of Yangtze River Delta Port Logistics Competitiveness

港口物流是促进区域物流和区域经济发展的主要力量。阐述了港口物流及其竞争力的影响因素,并在此基础上建立了一套主要基于均值指标的港口物流竞争力评价指标体系。在分析长三角港口群的港口物流现状的基础上,采用主成分分析法,借助SPSS软件对长三角主要港口物流竞争力进行了实证分析。结果表明,长三角地区港口物流的整体竞争力较强,港口物流发展也存在着巨大的潜力,但依旧存在许多需要改进的地方。提出提升各港口物流竞争力水平和促进长三角港口群整体协调发展对策,具体包括:促进港口物流布局多元化;积极推广港区联动发展;大力拓展港口腹地工业;加大港口和集疏运体系建设,促进水路运输;建立合作性竞争关系,发展港口之间的物流联盟等。

Port logistics is the major force to promote the development of regional logistics and re gional economy. According to the influencing factors of the port competitiveness, the port logistics competitiveness evaluation index system is built. Based on the status quo of Yangtze River delta port group logistics, by the use of principal component analysis and SPSS software, an empirical study of the logistics competitiveness of major ports in Yangtze River delta is carried out. It demonstrates that the overall competitiveness of port logistics in Yangtze river delta is in a relatively good condition with huge developing potentials, but it still needs much improvement. Some countermeasures are put forward to promote the overall coordinated development of Yangtze river delta port group, including promoting the diversification of port logistics layout, ac tively enhancing the linkage development of the port area, vigorously developing the industry in the port hinterland, establishing the cooperative competition relationship, and developing the lo gistics alliance between the ports
