风湿热患者血清ASO滴度与HDL水平的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨风湿热患者血清ASO滴度与HDL水平的相关性。方法该研究对2014年1月~2017年9月间158例诊断为风湿热患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,收集感染前、中、后不同时段患者的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量以及抗链球菌溶血素"O"(antistreptolysin-O,ASO)水平,同时收集正常对照组数据,并进行统计分析。结果风湿热患者感染前后的ASO与HDL结果与入院前及治疗后以及正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);感染时的ASO与HDL结果与入院前、治疗后以及正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着ASO浓度的增加HDL的结果逐渐降低,两者的相关系数r=-0.876(P<0.01)。HDL含量的变化在判断风湿热的发生发展过程中有一定的参考价值。 Objective To explore the dynamic changes of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) during infection in rheumatic fever patients. Methods The clinical data of 158 patients diagnosed as rheumatic fever were retrospectively analyzed. The levels of HDL and anti streptolysin O (ASO) levels were measured before, during and after infection. At the same time, the normal control group data were collected and statistical analysis was performed. Results It showed that the A$O and HDL results before and after infection in patients with rheumatic fever were not significantly different from those before admission and after treatment as well as in the normal control group (P^0.05). The A$O and HDL results at the time of infection were compared with pre and post treatment, as well as normal controls. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups (P〈20.05). Conclusion With the increase of A$O concentration, the results of HDL decreased gradually,and the correlation coefficient between them was 0. 876 (P〈0.01). The change of HDL content has certain reference value in jud ging the occurrence and development of rheumatic fever.
