摘要
以某电厂东方汽轮机有限公司生产的N660-25/600/600型超超临界汽轮机为例,进行了配汽特性曲线以及滑压曲线的优化设计.结果表明:机组配汽方式由复合配汽模式切换为顺阀控制模式即CV1、CV3、CV2、CV4顺序阀下运行是可行的.采用优化后的配汽特性曲线和滑压曲线,在60%~80%负荷区间运行降低热耗率37 k J/k W·h左右.配汽方式优化后,AGC调节速率由原1.6%增加到2.15%,机组调节品质得到一定的提高,且配汽方式优化对汽轮机的振动无影响.
Taking a N660-25/600/600 ultra-supercritical steam turbine produced by the Dong fang Steam Turbine Co.Ltd.is as an example,the steam distribution characteristic curve and sliding pressure curve is optimized.The results show that it is a feasible technology that the steam distribution mode of the unit is switched from the compound steam distribution mode to the valve control mode,namely CV1,CV3-CV2 -CV4 sequence valve.The heat rate is decreased about 37kJ/kW·h in the 60%-80% operation load range using the optimized steam distribution characteristic curve and sliding pressure curve.With the optimization of the steam distribution mode,the AGC regulation rate increase from 1.6% to 2.15%.The regulation quality of the unit is improved,and the optimization of steam distribution mode has no influence on the vibration of steam turbine.
