摘要
云南某锌浸出渣中含锌27.13%,大部分锌以铁酸锌的形式存在。为了回收利用浸出渣中的锌,采用硫酸为浸出剂,考察搅拌转速、反应时间、反应温度、硫酸浓度对锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,在搅拌转速为300 r/min、反应时间为180 min,反应温度为80℃、硫酸浓度为1.75 mol/L的条件下浸出,最终可获得锌的浸出率高达83.23%。
There is 27. 13% in a zinc leaching residue, most of the zinc mainly exists in zinc ferrite. To recov- er and use of zinc in the leaching residue, sulfuric acid was used as leaching agent, the effects of stirring speed, reaction time, reaction temperature and initial sulfuric acid concentration on zinc extraction rate were investigated. The results showed that a leaching rate of 83.23 % can be obtained under the stirring speed of 300 r/min, the reac- tion time for 180 min, the reaction temperature of 80 ℃ and the sulfuric acid concentration of 1.75 mol/L.
