摘要
以研究引进的镍始极片吸盘式剥片机生产过程中存在的问题为主,并对吸盘式剥片机的结构进行改造,对改造后的剥片机进行运动分析和静力学分析,验证了结构修改设计的合理性。根据质心的定义和平行轴规律,剖析引进吸盘式剥片机运行过程当中振动噪声过大的原因。对吸盘式剥片机结构进行了改造,采用计算机辅助软件UG10.0,建立了引进剥片机三维模型以及改造结构后的剥片机三维模型,并利用动力学分析软件ADAMS对剥片机进行了运动学仿真分析,并联合有限元分析软件ANSYS对改进后的剥片机进行了静力分析,验证了改进后的剥片机构造改进的合理性。机构经过改进后,剥片机运行平稳,剥片机的工作过程中的振动和噪声明显减弱,机架的最大应力和最大应变显著减少。结构改造后,真空吸盘式剥片机能满足企业的生产要求。
Taking the problems existing in the production process of the imported nickel starting sheet sucker- type stripping machine as the research object, the rationality of the design of the structural reform was verified after movement and static mechanics analysis of the modified sucker-type stripping machine. Using the computer-aided software UG, two kinds of 3D models (one is imported sucker-type stripping machine, another is the structural re- formed, sucker-type stripping machine) were built. The dynamic analysis software ADAMS was used to analyze the kinematics of stripping machine, and combined with the finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry out the static analysis of the stripping machine, verifying the rationality of the structural transformation of the stripping ma- chine. According to the definition of center of mass and the law of parallel axis, the reasons of the excessive vibra- tion noise in the process of the running imported sucker-type stripping machine was analyzed, and the structure of sucker-type stripping machine modified. After the improvement in mechanism, the vibration and noise of the strip- ping machine were obviously reduced, and the maximum stress and maximum strain of the frame obviously reduced. After the improved structure of the vacuum sucker-type stripping machine can meet the production requirements.
