内蒙古某银多金属矿床矿物工艺学研究

摘要 对内蒙古某银多金属矿的矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,确定了该矿石中主要成矿元素Ag和伴生元素Pb、Zn的存在形式,主要矿石矿物的组构特征以及影响选矿回收指标的矿物学因素等。研究结果表明,矿石属于低品位铅锌的硫化银矿石,方铅矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿等以细粒嵌布为主。选矿以富集回收银为主,其次是锌和铅。由于铅品位及铅矿物的矿物相对含量较低,单独产出合格的铅精矿比较困难,而以银铅混合精矿回收为主。 Process mineralogy study was carried out on a silver polymetallic ore from Inner Mongolia. Mineral composition, occurrence state of important minerals, dissemination characteristics, dissemination size, liberation degree and the factors affecting the beneficiation indexes were determined. The results show that the ore is a kind of low-grade lead-zinc sulfide silver ore, with finely disseminated minerals of sphalerite, galena, pyrite and other sulfides. The main purpuse of ore-dressing is to enrich and recover silver, lead and zinc. Due to the relatively low level of lead content and the relatively low mineral content of lead minerals, it is difficult to produce qualified lead concentrates alone, while the recovery of silver-lead bulk concentrates is a more reasonable processing manner.
