“整合式病例讨论教学模式”在儿科实习教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究"整合式病例讨论教学模式"在五年制临床本科学生儿科实习中的应用效果。方法选择2个班学生共66人为研究对象,按照班级随机分为实验组(整合式病例讨论教学模式)和对照组(传统教学模式),每组33人。通过出科考试成绩、问卷调查等方式对教学效果进行评价。结果两组学生实习结束后,实验组学生的理论知识成绩、三大系统病例分析成绩优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生操作技能成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);实验组学生对整合式病例讨论教学满意度高,认为该教学模式在培养综合能力、调动学习主动性、积极性方面效果显著。结论 "整合式病例讨论教学模式"应用于儿科实习教学中效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of integrated case discussion teaching mode in five-year clinical undergraduate students' pediatric practice classes. Methods 66 students from two classes were selected as the subjects. They were divided into the experimental group (33 cases, integrated case discussion teaching model) and the control group (33 cases, traditional teaching model) according to class randomly. The study evaluated the effect of teaching through questionnaire and examination. Results After the practice, the students in the experimental group got better results in theoretical knowledge and case analysis than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). There was no signifcant difference in the scores of operation skills between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). The students in the experimental group were satisfed with the integrated case discussion teaching. The teaching mode was considered to be effective in cultivating comprehensive ability, mobilizing learning initiative and enthusiasm. Conclusion The application of integrated case discussion teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching is effective.
