某民营三甲医院专科护士核心能力调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解民营三甲医院专科护士核心能力水平。方法于2018年3—5月采用整群抽样法对某民营三甲医院专科护士71人进行问卷调查。结果专科护士培训层次较低,主要集中在危重症领域(占总人数45.07%),慢性病专科护士人数少(占总人数16.90%);专科护士直接护理能力(3.82±0.60)分、沟通协调能力(3.77±0.73)分、健康教育能力(3.69±0.64)分水平较高,科研能力较低(2.02±0.47)分。结论管理者应加强专科护士核心能力建设,加强科研能力培养,提高民营医院专科护士的整体质量。 Objective To understand the core competence level of specialist nurses in a private third grade class A hospital. Methods A group sampling method was used to survey 71 specialist nurses in a private third grade class A hospital from March to May 2018. Results The training level of specialist nurses is low, mainly concentrated in critical areas (45.07% of total), and the number of nurses in chronic diseases was small (16.90% of total). Specialist nurses have a high level of direct nursing ability (3.82±0.60) scores, communication and coordination ability (3.77±0.73) scores, health education ability (3.69±0.64) scores, and low scientific research ability (2.02±0.47) scores. Conclusion The managers should strengthen the core competence of specialist nurses, strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability, and improve the overall quality of specialist nurses in private hospitals.
