评价血液检验红细胞参数在贫血患者中的鉴别诊断价值

目的探讨血液检验红细胞参数在贫血患者中的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取2017年1—6月于我院血检确诊为地中海贫血的33例患者作为研究A组,确诊为缺铁性贫血的27例患者为研究B组,并同期选取我院25例健康体检者作为对照组,对比分析不同组别之间血液红细胞参数的变化情况。结果 A组、B组患者的RBC、MCH、HCT、RDW以及MCV与对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),A组RBC、HCT和HB指标高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),A组RDW、MCV低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血液检验中红细胞参数可以明显的反应贫血患者的血液浓度变化,可以为临床诊断提供一定依据,应用价值明显。

Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of blood test red blood cell parameters in anemia patients. Methods 33 patients with thalassemia diagnosed in our hospital from January to June 2017 were selected as study group A. 27 patients with iron deficiency anemia were studied in group B. Meanwhile, 25 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group. The changes of red blood cell parameters among different groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were signifcant differences in RBC, MCH, HCT, RDW and MCV between group A and group B （P 〈 0.05）. The indexes of RBC, HCT and HB in group A were higher than those in group B, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. RDW and MCV in group A were lower than those in group B, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The parameters of erythrocyte in blood test can obviously refect the changes of blood concentration in anemia patients, which can provide a certain basis for clinical diagnosis, and the application value is obvious.
