三焦点人工晶状体植入术后对患者视觉质量的影响研究

The Effect of Three Focal Intraocular Lens Implantation on Visual Quality of Patients

目的分析三焦点人工晶状体植入术后对患者视觉质量的影响。方法选择我院2017年9月—2018年9月收治的白内障患者20例作为研究对象。依据治疗方法差异性将所有患者均分两组。接受单焦人工晶状体植入术的10例患者为参照组,接受三焦点人工晶状体植入术的10例患者为研究组,最后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对比研究组与参照组患者的裸眼近视力、裸眼中视力,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比研究组与参照组患者的裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、中视力和近视力,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论三焦点人工晶状体植入术可以使患者的视觉质量得以改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of three focus intraocular lens implantation on visual quality of patients. Methods 20 patients with cataract admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected. All patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment. 10 patients receiving single lens intraocular lens implantation were treated as the reference group. 10 patients receiving three focal intraocular lens implantation were treated as the study group. Finally, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were signifcant differences between the study group and the control group in naked near vision and naked vision （P 〈 0.05）. There was signifcant difference in naked, corrected, middle and near vision between the study group and the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Three focal intraocular lens implantation can improve the visual quality of patients.
