子宫内膜采集器在子宫切除前子宫内膜病变筛查中的应用

摘要 目的探究子宫内膜采集器在子宫切除前子宫内膜病变筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年11月于本院进行腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗的201例患者作为研究对象。所有患者均以子宫内膜采集器及分段诊刮术进行筛查,并将两中检查方法的结果与最终手术病理结果进行对照。同时,比较两中检查方法的取材满意率、敏感度及特异度。结果两类检查方法的取材满意率、病理诊断符合率、敏感度及特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论子宫内膜采集器在子宫切除前子宫内膜病变筛查中的应用效果较好,可作为子宫内膜病变筛查的方法之一。 Objective To investigate the application effect of endometrium collector in the endometrial lesions screening before the hysterectomy. Methods 201 patients with laparoscopically hysterectomy in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study object, and they were respectively screened with endometrium collector and segmental curettage. Then the results of two detection methods were controlled to the final pathological results. And the selection satisfaction rates, sensitivity and specifcity of two detection methods were compared. Results The selection satisfaction rates,pathological diagnosis coincidence rates, sensitivity and specifcity of two detection methods were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The application effect of endometrium collector in the endometrial lesions screening before the hysterectomy is better, and it can be as the one of the methods for screening endometrium.
