动态气血分析对评估心胸外手术患者耐受力效果分析

摘要 目的总结并归纳动态气血分析对评估心胸外手术患者耐受力效果。方法选取50例心胸外手术患者作为研究对象。回顾性分析50例心胸外手术患者的临床资料,根据最终患者并发症发生情况,将其分为并发症组与无并发症组,每组各25例。比较两组患者气血分析的结果,分析动态气血分析对评估心胸外手术患者耐受力效果。结果并发症组患者PaO_2和PaCO_2水平分别为(87.69±1.30)mmHg和(90.35±1.24)mmHg,均低于无并发症组的(92.14±1.28)mmHg和(96.17±1.41)mmHg,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);无并发症组FEV1、FEV1%、FVC、FVC%及MVV等肺功能指标均优于并发症组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论动态气血分析对于心胸外手术患者的监测具有较高临床价值,可有效评估患者肺功能变化及术后并发症发生情况。其中PaO_2和PaCO_2较低时,患者耐受性较好,并发症发生率较低。 Objective To sum up and summarize dynamic blood analysis to assess the tolerance of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery. Methods 50 patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery were selected as subjects. The clinical data of 50 patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. According to the occurrence of complications in the final patient, they were divided into complication group and non-complication group, 25 cases in each group. The results of blood analysis in both groups of patients were analyzed by dynamic blood analysis to assess the tolerance of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery. Results The levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 in the complications group were (87.69±1.30) mmHg and (90.35±1.24) mmHg respectively, which were lower than those in the non-complications group (92.14±1.28) mmHg and (96.17±1.41) mmHg. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Both groups were better than those of the complication group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The lung function indexes such as FEV1, FEV1%, FVC, FVC% and MVV in the non-complication group were better than those in the complication group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Dynamic blood analysis has a high clinical value for the monitoring of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery. It can effectively evaluate the changes of lung function and postoperative complications. When PaO2 and PaCO2 were low, patients were well tolerated and the incidence of complications was low.
