摘要
目的观察关节镜微创技术在膝关节骨创伤治疗中的临床效果。方法择取2016年1月—2017年12月在本院诊疗的80例膝关节骨创伤患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分成两组。对照组(40例)采取传统开放手术治疗,观察组(40例)则采取关节镜微创技术治疗,比较两组患者的手术效果。结果在手术时间方面,观察组相较于对照组更短,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);从术中出血量方面来看,观察组相较于对照组更低差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在手术切口上,观察组小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在骨折愈合时间上,观察组快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在治疗优良率方面来看,观察组优良率可达到95.00%,相较于对照组优良率(77.50%)更高,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床中,针对膝关节骨创伤患者,采取关节镜微创技术治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique in the treatment of knee joint bone trauma. Methods 80 patients with knee bone trauma who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 as the study subjects. According to the method of finding random number table, they were divided into two groups. The control group (40 cases) underwent traditional open surgery. The observation group (40 cases) underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment. The operative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). In terms of intraoperative bleeding volume, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05). On the operative incision, the observation group was smaller than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In the time of fracture healing, the observation group was faster than the control group (P 〈 0.05). In terms of the excellent and good rate of treatment, the excellent and good rate of observation group can reach 95.00%, which is higher than that of control group (77.50%). The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, arthroscopic minimally invasive technique is effective for patients with knee bone trauma.
