缺铁性贫血及其不同治疗方法的疗效及不良反应研究进展

对缺铁性贫血患者的治疗方法不断更新,虽然方法较多,但起到的临床效果有所差别,同时都存在程度不同的副作用,缺铁性贫血的主要临床反应为:月经量显著增多,出现腹部不适以及血红蛋白尿的情况,同时存在乏力、晕眩、头部疼痛以及眼花的情况,因此应及时对缺铁性贫血患者进行治疗。根据以此,本文以综述的形式,对缺铁性贫血患者的治疗方法进行分析,如口服铁剂方法、肌内注射以及静脉注射铁剂以及中医治疗等方法,通过对口服铁剂中的亚铁类补铁剂、不同种类以及联用铁剂维生素,来进行阐述。同时对比治疗方法的优缺点,以此为临床提供参考价值。
