镁极化液用于乌头碱中毒所致恶性心律失常治疗的临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study on Magnesium Polarized Solution in the Treatment of Malignant Arrhythmia Induced by Aconitine Poisoning

摘要 目的 Mg2+极化液干预救治乌头碱中毒致恶性心律失常患者的可行性研究。方法 46例乌头碱中毒所致恶性心律失常患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组为对照组23例被救治人员仅用常规西药利多卡因进行干预,另23例在给予利多卡因基础上加用含Mg2+极化液并标记为Ⅱ组,为实验组。动态观察两组被救治人员出现恶性心律失常的发生率,并记录其消失时间,干预两周后,利用心脏彩超监测参与人员左室射血分数(LVEF)值判断心脏功能的改变。结果Ⅱ组恶性心律失常的发生率低于I组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);心律失常状态的消失时间Ⅰ组长于Ⅱ组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对比LVEF值,Ⅱ组大于Ⅰ组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论用含Mg2+极化液对乌头碱中毒所致的恶性心律失常患者进行干预后,心脏收缩舒张功能显著改善,兼具起效时间迅速、安全性好等多项优势。 Objective To study the feasibility of Mg2+ polarized solution in the treatment of malignant arrhythmia caused by aconitine poisoning. Methods 46 cases of malignant arrhythmia caused by aconitine poisoning were randomly divided into two groups. Group I was the control group, 23 cases were treated with only conventional western medicine lidocaine. The other 23 cases were added with lidocaine on the basis of Mg2+ polarizing solution and labeled as group II group, which was the experimental group. The incidence of malignant arrhythmia in the two groups was observed and the disappearance time was recorded. After two weeks of intervention, the cardiac function was judged by the echocardiographic monitoring of the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) value of the participants. Results The incidence of malignant arrhythmia in group II was signifcantly different from that in group I, which was significantly lower than that in group I, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), and the disappearance time of arrhythmia I group was longer than group II, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), and the contrast group of LVEF was far greater than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The patients with malignant arrhythmia caused by aconitine poisoning were treated with Mg2+ polarizing solution, and the systolic and diastolic function of the heart was improved signifcantly. It had many advantages, such as quick onset time, good safety and so on.
