含缓释淀粉的肠内营养用于重症医学科高血糖患者的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析含缓释淀粉的肠内营养用于重症医学科高血糖患者的价值。方法选取我院2015年2月—2018年2月收治的重症医学科高血糖患者100例作为研究对象。按照入院号,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例患者。对照组患者给予普通肠内营养液,研究组患者给予缓释淀粉的肠内营养液,经过治疗后,比较分析两组患者的血糖指标以及蛋白含量。结果研究表明,研究组血糖水平以及糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,总蛋白含量以及白蛋白含量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论含缓释淀粉的肠内营养用于重症医学科高血糖患者的治疗中,能够维持患者血糖处于稳定状态。 Objective To analyze and discuss the value of enteral nutrition with slow-release starch in hyperglycemic patients in intensive care unit. Methods 100 patients with hyperglycemia in severe medical department from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the admission number, they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given enteral nutrition. Patients in the study group were given slow-release starch enteral nutrition. After treatment, the blood glucose and protein levels of the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the total protein content and albumin content were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The enteral nutrition containing sustained-release starch can be used in the treatment of the patients with high blood glucose in the severe medical science. It can maintain the stable state of blood sugar in the patients.
