免煎中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片的对比分析

Comparison and Analysis of Free-fried Chinese Herbal Formula Granules and Traditional Chinese Herbal Pieces

目的对比分析免煎中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片的区别。方法调取我院2017年7—12月各科室的传统中药饮片、免煎中药配方颗粒的销售统计数据,对不同科室的处方数量、销售趋势进行分析。结果 2017年7—12月,我院共有10个科室的门诊处方中开具了传统中药饮片或者免煎中药配方颗粒,包括中医内科、中医外科、皮肤科、针灸理疗科、妇科、口腔科、骨科、泌尿外科、耳鼻喉科及保健门诊,其中,开出传统中药饮片的处方共42 302张,开出免煎中药配方颗粒的处方共22 792张,无论是单个科室的处方量还是总的处方量比较,均有传统中药饮片的处方开具量高于免煎中药配方颗粒的情况。统计不同月份的销售金额,可见其销售趋势均呈上升状态,但传统中药饮片的销售金额显著高于免煎中药配方颗粒。结论传统中药饮片与免煎中药配方颗粒各有其优势和劣势,在不同科室有不同需求,但整体都保持稳步上升的销售趋势。免煎中药配方颗粒虽然特点鲜明,应用更为简单方便,但也无法完全取代传统煎煮式的中药饮片,可根据不同科室患者的具体情况、需求选择合适的中药剂型。

Objective To compare and analyze the differences between traditional Chinese herbal medicines and traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Methods The sales statistics of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription granules of traditional Chinese medicine from July to December 2017 were collected, and the number of prescriptions and sales trends of different departments were analyzed. Results From July to December 2017, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, department of dermatology, acupuncture and moxibustion and physiotherapy department, department of gynaecology, department of stomatology, veterinary medicine, veterinary medicine and health care clinic were made out of the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese Medicine, medicine and medicine. There were 42 302 prescriptions and 22 792 prescriptions for free Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were signifcantly higher than those of the free Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. The sales amount in different months shows that the sales trend is on the rise, but the sales amount of traditional Chinese herbal medicine is signifcantly higher than that of the free Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and the decoction-free Chinese medicine formula granules each have their advantages and disadvantages. There are different needs in different departments, but the overall trend of sales is steadily increasing. The non-fried traditional Chinese medicine formula granules have distinct characteristics and are simpler and more convenient to use, but they cannot completely replace the traditional decoction-type important pieces of the decoction. According to the specific conditions and needs of patients in different departments, a suitable Chinese medicine type can be selected.
