Two Proved Cases of Using Zhibo Powder to Treat Skin Diseases by XU Xiaoyun

芷柏扑粉为中药外用散剂,具有收湿敛疮,祛风止痒的功效,外用于以皮肤潮红、湿润,或渗出较多为特征,证属皮肤病或疮疡病之"湿热蕴肤"者。徐小云是国家中医药管理局在2016年确定的全国基层名老中医药专家传承工作室建设项目专家。本文介绍徐小云外用芷柏扑粉的临床经验,列举其使用芷柏扑粉治疗婴儿湿疹、汗疱疹案例2则。案例1:患儿,男,3个月。头面部皮疹瘙痒1个月余。案例2:患者,男,35岁。双足底斑块、水疱反复4年。

Zhibo powder as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine powder has the effect of removing dampness, reducing sores, dispelling wind and relieving itching topically used to treat skin diseases and sores with syndromes attributive to damp-heat accumulation in the skin characterized by flushing, wetting or exudation of the skin. Xu Xiaoyun is one of the prominent traditional Chinese medicine experts at the grassroots level, for passing on whose expertise State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine started setting up the studio in 2016. This article is to introduce Xu Xiaoyun’s clinical experience on using Zhibo Powder to treat skin diseases by sharing two cases of infantile eczema and pompholyx. Case 1 Children, male, 3 months old. Rash with itching on head and face for more than 1 months. Case 2： The patient, male, 35 years old. Plaque and blister on bipedal plantar recurrent for 4 years.
