经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的围手术期护理干预

Perioperative Nursing Intervention of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty for Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的分析胸腰椎压缩性骨折(VCF)行经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗的围手术期护理干预效果。方法选择本院于2017年1月—2018年5月收治的44例VCF患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予PKP治疗。依据护理模式不同,将其划分为A组和B组,每组各22例。A组给予围术期护理,B组给予常规护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果A组的手术时间和术中出血量接近于B组,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);下床活动时间与住院时间短于B组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后,两组患者的视觉模拟(VSA)评分均有所降低,且A组低于B组,组间与组内对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 VCF患者行PKP治疗采用围术期护理可改善临床指标,缓解疼痛症状,具有较佳的护理价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on percutaneous kyphoplasty （PKP） for thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures （VCF）. Methods 44 patients with VCF admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were treated with PKP. According to different nursing models, they were divided into group A and group B, 22 cases in each group. Group A was given perioperative nursing. Group B was given routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in group A were similar to those in group B, and there was no signifcant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The ambulation time and hospitalization time of group B were shorter than those of group B, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After nursing, the scores of visual analogue （VSA） of the two groups were decreased, and the scores of group A were lower than those of group B. The differences between the two groups were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for VCF patients who treated with PKP can improve clinical indicators and relieve pain symptoms.
