摘要
目的研究分析冠心病患者的护理使用行为护理后患者的满意度情况。方法选取我院收治的62例冠心病患者作为研究对象,将所有患者分成对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=32)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用行为护理,对两组患者的护理情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的平均焦虑评分为(13.7±2.5)分,平均抑郁评分为(13.5±1.4)分,对照组分别为(25.0±3.5)分、(23.2±3.3)分,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论冠心病患者接受行为护理后的满意度比较高,患者的负面情绪得到了较大的改善。
Objective To study and analyze the satisfaction degree of patients with coronary heart disease after nursing care. Methods 62 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=32). The control group received routine nursing. The observation group used behavioral nursing. The nursing condition of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the average anxiety score was (13.7±2.5) points and the average depression score was (13.5±1.4) points. The control group was (25.0±3.5) points and (23.2±3.3) points respectively. The difference of anxiety and depression scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The satisfaction degree of patients with coronary heart disease after behavioral nursing is relatively high, and the negative emotions of patients have been greatly improved.
