延续护理在腹膜透析治疗肾病综合征伴急性肾损伤患者中的应用

Application of Extended Care in Peritoneal Dialysis for NS Patients With Acute Kidney Injury

目的分析延续护理在腹膜透析治疗肾病综合征(NS)伴急性肾损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年8月—2017年10月收治NS伴急性肾损伤患者64例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组:基础护理对照组32例,延续护理观察组32例,对比两组患者的护理结果。结果护理后,观察组自理能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的感染发生率低于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 NS伴急性肾损伤患者腹膜透析治疗期间实施延续护理作用显著,能提高自理能力,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous care in peritoneal dialysis for patients with nephrotic syndrome （NS） and acute kidney injury. Methods From August 2015 to October 2017, 64 cases of NS with acute kidney injury were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups basic nursing control group of 32 cases, continuing nursing observation group of 32 cases, compared with the two groups of patients with nursing results. Results After nursing, the self-care ability score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing on NS with acute renal injury in patients with peritoneal dialysis is signifcant. It can improve the self-care ability and improve the quality of life.
