皮肤激光美容术后患者的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Patients After Skin Laser Cosmetology

目的对皮肤激光美容术后患者的护理进行观察和探究。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月来本院实行皮肤激光美容术的患者91例作为研究对象。对所有术后患者均实行针对性的护理,回顾分析患者术后不良反应发生情况。结果 91例患者术后不良反应发生率为3.30%,其中水泡和渗血1例、光敏反应1例、色素沉着1例,经过护理后均恢复正常,随访半年可知,患者皮损情况在3个月后均得到恢复。结论给皮肤激光美容术后患者提供针对性的护理,可降低术后不良反应形成的几率,保证手术效果和患者术后生活质量,且有助于促进患者术后皮肤恢复。

Objective To observe and explore the nursing of patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery. Methods 91 cases of patients who underwent skin laser cosmetic surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All postoperative patients were given targeted nursing, and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions was analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in 91 patients was 3.30%, including 1 case of blisters and blood infiltration, 1 case of photosensitive reaction and 1 case of pigmentation. After nursing, the patients were followed up for half a year, and the skin lesions were recovered after 3 months. Conclusion The pertinent nursing for patients after skin laser cosmetology can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, ensure the effect of the operation and the quality of life after the operation, and help to promote the recovery of the skin after the operation.
