产前心理护理措施对产后抑郁症的预防效果观察

The Effect of Prenatal Psychological Nursing Measures on Prevention of Postpartum Depression

目的探讨产前心理护理对产妇产后抑郁症的预防效果。方法选择2017年3月—2018年3月医院收治的70例产妇作为试验对象,将其均分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组接受常规产前护理,观察组在常规产前护理基础上,联合心理护理。结果观察组产后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、抑郁症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产前心理护理能够明显降低产妇产后的抑郁症发生率。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of prenatal psychological care on maternal postpartum depression. Methods 70 pregnant women admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were equally divided into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine prenatal care. The observation group was combined with psychological nursing on the basis of routine prenatal care. Results The anxiety score, depression score and incidence of depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Prenatal psychological care can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum depression in postpartum women.
