纵轴流联合收割机切流脱粒分离装置的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为分析纵轴流联合收割机切流脱粒分离装置的脱粒分离性能,在自行研制的纵轴流脱粒分离清选试验台上,对刀形齿切流脱粒分离装置进行台架试验,采用正交试验分析结构和运动参数对籽粒脱粒性能的影响。试验结果表明,在喂入量5.5 kg/s、滚筒转速900 r/min、脱粒间隙20 mm(入口)、15 mm(出口)的条件下,脱净率为85.01%。 In order to analyze the threshing separation performance of the shearing flow and threshing separation unit of the vertical axis combine-harvester, on the self-developed vertical axial flow threshing separation and cleaning test table, a bench test was carried out on the cutter gear shearing flow threshing separation unit.The effects of structure and motion parameters on grain threshing performance were analyzed by orthogonal test.The test results showed that the net removal rate was 85.01% under the conditions of feeding amount of 5.5 kg/s, rotating speed of 900 r/min, stripper clearance of 20 mm(inlet) and 15 mm(outlet).
