Analysis on Migrant Workers Employment and Rights Protection in China From 2009 to 2017

通过收集、整理、归纳2009—2017年的《全国农民工监测报告》,对我国农民工就业情况、收入水平及权益保障情况进行分析,并针对存在的问题提出对策与建议,以期为改善农民工就业环境、保障农民工合法权益提供参考。

By collecting, sorting out and summarizing the National Monitoring Rreport of Migrant Workers from 2009 to 2017, this paper analyzes the employment situation, income level and rights protection of migrant workers in China, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for existing problems, in order to provide references for improving the employment environment of migrant workers and protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
