衡水市在校大学生校外兼职情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of College Students′ Part-time Jobs in Hengshui City

大学生兼职已成为各高校比较普遍的现象,解决兼职所面临的问题则成为社会、高校共同的责任与义务。以衡水学院为例,通过问卷和访谈方式对大学生兼职情况进行调查,分析大学生在兼职过程中的收获与存在的一些问题,并从社会、高校、大学生、企业4个方面提出应对策略,以提高大学生兼职效果。

College students’ part-time job has become a common phenomenon in various colleges and universities, and the problem of part-time job becomes the common responsibility and obligation of society and university. Taking Hengshui university as an example,this paper investigates college students’ part-time jobs through questionnaires and interviews, analyzes their gains and existing problems in the part-time jobs process, and proposes countermeasures from four aspects, namely society, university, university and enterprise,in order to improve the effect of college students’ part-time jobs.
