青海省地方病防治工作中档案管理的现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasures for file management in prevention of endemic diseases in qinghai province

青海省地方病防治工作在国家大力支持下得到了迅速的发展,保存和管理大量的档案信息资料及技术资料,以及各病种的资料档案分类管理和利用成为一项重要的任务,尤其是档案目标管理活动的开展,档案的开发和应用工作也逐步迈上了一个新台阶。本文就青海省地方病防治工作中档案管理的现状进行分析并提出合理的对策,为今后档案管理提供有序、科学、规范的思路。

With the rapid development of our prevention work for endemic diseases, prevention work for endemic diseases in Qinghai province has left a lot of information files and technical files. Management and utilization of data file of each disease has become an important task; especially with the execution of target file management activates till today, the development and application work of files has entered a new level. This paper has analyzed current situation of file management in prevention of endemic diseases in Qinghai province and proposed reasonable countermeasures, which provides assistance for following more scientific, normalized and standardized file management.
