摘要
目的探讨针对性护理干预在重症肺炎咳嗽患儿氧驱动雾化中的应用效果。方法选取89例在郑州儿童医院进行氧驱动雾化治疗的重症肺炎咳嗽患儿,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组44例实施常规护理干预,观察组45例于常规护理基础上进行针对性护理干预,观察比较两组咳嗽、肺啰音消失及体温复常时间,并统计两组并发症发生情况及家属护理满意度。结果观察组咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间及体温复常时间小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.22%(1/45),低于对照组18.18%(8/44),P<0.05;观察组家属护理满意度为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组81.82%(36/44),P<0.05。结论针对性护理干预应用于行氧驱动雾化治疗的重症肺炎咳嗽患儿,效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,促进症状消退,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in children with severe pneumonia and cough during oxygen driven atomization treatment. Methods A total of 89 children with severe pneumonia cough treated by oxygen driven atomization in Zhengzhou Children s Hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table, 44 cases in the control group treated with routine nursing intervention, while 45 cases in the observation group treated with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The extinction time of cough and lung rale and the return to normal time of body temperature of two groups were observed and compared. And the complications and nursing satisfaction of family members of two groups were statistically recorded. Results The extinction time of cough and lung rale and the return to normal time of body temperature in the observation group were less than those in the control group( P 〈0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.22 % (1/45), which was lower than that of the control group 18.18 % (8/44), P 〈0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was 97.78 % (44/45), which was higher than that of the control group 81.82 % (36/44), P 〈0.05. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for children with severe pneumonia and cough during oxygen driven atomization treatment is effective, which can reduce the incidence of complications, promote the regression of symptoms, and improve satisfaction of family members.
