摘要 正常情况下,骨形成和骨吸收处于动态平衡。Runx2(runt-related transcription factor 2)是骨发育过程中重要的转录因子,对成骨细胞的分化、软骨细胞成熟、破骨细胞的分化及细胞外基质的分泌都有重要的调控作用。因此,研究Runx2基因的表达调控、传导通路十分必要,对治疗骨代谢疾病具有重要意义。本文将从Runx2的结构功能和表达调控对成骨细胞的影响进行阐述。 Under normal conditions, bone formation and bone resorption are in dynamic balance. Runx2 (Runt-related transcript factor 2)is an important transcription factor in bone development, which plays an important role in the regulation of osteoblast differentiation, chondrocyte maturation, osteoclast differentiation and extracellular matrix secretion. Therefore, it is necessary to study the expression regulation and conduction pathway of Runx2 gene, and is of great significance for the treat of bone metabolic diseases. This article describes the effects of the structural function and expression regulation of runx2 on osteoblasts.
