摘要 在设计新一代东方135 MW等级汽轮机组过程中,采用先进的热力设计、通流设计以及流场数值分析等技术手段,对回热系统、补汽方案、通流以及进排汽通道进行优化设计,提高了技术经济指标。同时,采用先进的滑销系统、可靠的轴系设计,并通过有限元分析等手段,保证了汽缸的强度和刚性,从而成功开发出第三代超高压一次再热135 MW等级汽轮机。 In the process of designing a new generation of 135 MW steam turbine units, the advanced thermal design, flow design and numerical analysis of flow field are used to optimize the design of the regenerative system, the supplementary steam scheme, the flow through and the intake and exhaust passages, and the technical-economic indicators have been improved. At the same time, the strength and rigidity of the cylinder are guaranteed by the advanced sliding-pin system, the reliable shaft system design and the fi- nite dement analysis. The third generation ultra-high pressure first reheat 135 MW steam turbine has been successfully developed.
