摘要
以降低液压阀块管道出入口压降值为目标,对液压阀块内部正交管道结构进行参数化设计,并运用Kriging代理模型优化方法,对参数化设计的管道结构进行了优化。结合COMSOL软件进行了流体仿真计算,结果表明该优化设计方法可有效减少管道出入口压降值,提高能量利用率,为液压阀块整体复杂管道结构的优化设计提供了参考。
In order to reduce the value of the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic valve block, the parametric design of the orthogonal pipeline structure in the hydraulic valve block is designed. The Kriging agent optimization method is used to optimize the pipe structure of the parametric design. The fluid simulation calculation is carried out using COMSOL software. Simulation results show that the optimized design method can effectively reduce the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline and improve the energy utilization rate. Thus, the method provides a reference for the optimization design of the complex piping structure of hydraulic valve block.
