甘油酯香精定量供给及搅拌系统技术研究

摘要 烟滤嘴的生产需要定量调配的甘油酯及香精混合液作为增塑剂。在传统人工调配技术的基础上,开发了一套抗干扰能力强、运行稳定、控制功能完善的定量供给及搅拌系统。该系统以PLC和触摸屏组合为控制核心,通过地秤和PLC实时通信实现定量控制,由包括泵和阀在内的液压回路实现供给,最后由搅拌罐对混合液进行搅拌加热并泵出。该系统不仅有效率和精度上的优势,还能够规范操作,保障人身安全。 The production of the smoke filter requires a quantitative blend of glycerides and flavors as a plasticizer. Based on the traditional manual blending technology, this paper develops a quantitative feeding and mixing system with strong anti-interference ability, stable operation and perfect control functions. The system uses PLC and touch screen as the control core. It realizes quantitative control through real-time communication between weighbridge and PLC. It is supplied by hydraulic circuit including pump and valve. Finally, the mixture is mixed and heated by mixing tank. The system not only has the advantages of efficiency and precision, but also can regulate the operation and ensure personal safety.
