摘要 截割头是纵轴式硬岩掘进机进行岩石截割工作的核心部件,截齿布置是截割头设计的重点和难点。截齿布置得合理与否直接决定了截割头的性能。在截割头运行参数和截齿布置参数确定之后,截割头截齿齿尖点的位置、截齿形成的截割槽间距和截齿截割岩石的厚度随之确定,截齿安装参数则直接关系到截割头上的截齿能否顺利地切入岩体并进行岩石截割,以及截割岩石形成的截割槽的形状。文中采用LS-DYNA显示动力学仿真软件进行数值模拟研究,通过分析确定了截齿安装参数的最佳值。 The cutting head is the core component of longitudinal shaft type hard-rock roadheader in the cutting work, and the picks arrangement is the heavy difficulty of the cutting head design.The reasonableness of the pick arrangement directly determines the performance of the cutting head. After the operating parameters of the cutting head and the pick arrangement parameters are determined, the position of the cutting tip of the cutting head, the cutting groove spacing formed by the cutting teeth, and the thickness of the cuttingrock are determined. The pick installation parameters are directly related to whether the pick on the cutting head can smoothly cut into the rock mass and carry out rock cutting, as well as the shape of the cut trough formed by cutting the rock.This paper selects the LS-DYNA display dynamics simulation software for numerical simulation study and determines the optimal value of the pick installation parameters through analysis.
