摘要
在ITER国际热核聚变试验堆的校正场线圈研制过程中,校正场线圈盒采用激光焊接方法进行装配,但是由于线圈盒尺寸较大、结构复杂以及坡口精度高,激光多层焊接工艺应用于线圈盒装配难度较大。为此,文中利用SYSWELD专用焊接软件进行焊接数值模拟,分析得到316LN奥氏体不锈钢焊接过程中的瞬态应力场分布云图和残余应力分布情况。表明采用有限元技术可以掌握焊接过程中应力的分布规律和变化特点,对于控制焊接变形和提高焊接质量提供理论依据。
During the development of the correction coil of international thermonuclear experimental reactor, the correction coil box is assembled by laser welding. Due to the large size of the coil box, the complicated structure and the high- precision groove, the laser multilayer welding process is difficult to apply to the coil box assembly. Therefore, this paper uses SYSWELD special welding software to carry out numerical simulation of welding, and analyzes the transient stress field distribution cloud pattern and residual stress distribution during welding of 316LN austenitic stainless steel. It is indicated that the finite element technique can be used to grasp the distribution law and variation characteristics of stress during welding, and provide a theoretical basis for controlling welding deformation and improving welding quality.
