摘要
以船舶管道清洁为研究对象,从船舶管道清洁装置的设计要求出发,利用AutoCAD设计出了一种新型船用船舶管道清洁装置,并介绍了其工作原理及主要组成零部件。装置由清洁作业旋转头、驱动单元、支撑转向单元和手动操作推进柄四部分组成。清洁作业单元利用戴有钢丝套的球形旋转头,全方位清洁船舶管道内壁;驱动单元置于伸缩套筒中,仿真电钻工具驱动系统;支撑转向单元由万向球形接头连接,通过升降台调节高度与移动;手握式手柄便于人为控制方向与力度。整套装置机构简单、设计可靠,可以实现多数船舶管道内壁的清洁工作。
This paper takes the ship pipeline cleaning as the research object. Based on the design requirements of the ship pipeline cleaning device, a new type of marine ship pipeline cleaning device is designed by AutoCAD, and its working principle and main components are introduced. The device consists of a cleaning operation rotary head, a drive unit, a support steering unit and a manually operated propulsion handle. The cleaning unit uses a spherical rotating head with a wire sleeve to clean the inner wall of the ship's pipe in all directions; the driving unit is placed in the telescopic sleeve to simulate the electric drill tool drive system. The support steering unit is connected by a universal ball joint, and the height and movement are adjusted by the lifting platform. The hand grip makes it easy to control the direction and strength. The whole set of equipment is simple and reliable in design, and can clean the inner wall of most ships.
