摘要
分析了常规热轧板带轧机精轧入口侧导卫在实际使用中存在的缺陷及对产品质量带来的影响,从解决缺陷入手,并结合侧导卫结构及布置特点,对入口侧导卫存在的缺陷进行技术改进,很好地解决了带钢生产过程中边部缺陷及导卫对中精度问题,提高了轧制稳定性,取得了良好经济效益。
This paper mainly analyzes the defects in the actual use of the finishing entrance side guide of the conventional hot-rolled strip mill and its impact on product quality. Combined with the side guide structure and layout characteristics, the two defects of the entrance side guide are improved, which solves the problem of the edge defect and the alignment accuracy of the guide in the strip production process. Rolling stability is improved. Good economic results are achieved.
